Zhejiang Kukaqi Launches Annual Capacity Expansion to 100,000 Units

Zhejiang Kukaqi Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhejiang Aikeshi Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd.) recently announced the completion of Phase II expansion at its Xmotos production base. With the new facility now operational, Xmotos’ annual off-road motorcycle production capacity has officially surpassed 100,000 units. The expansion includes two new frame welding lines, one additional powder coating line, and an enlarged professional test track, ensuring every motorcycle undergoes rigorous dynamic performance testing before delivery. As China‘s first specialized off-road motorcycle manufacturing base, Xmotos remains committed to quality and innovation. This capacity expansion will significantly shorten global order delivery lead times and provide more efficient service to overseas customers.
